    <content type="html">&lt;b&gt;Cucumber Salsa&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;1 cup    Cucumbers (peeled, seeded, ¼ diced)&lt;br /&gt;2 cups   Tomatoes (Roma, ¼ diced)&lt;br /&gt;¾ cups   Red Onions (¼ diced)&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbs.  Cilantro (cleaned, stemmed, chopped)&lt;br /&gt;¼ cup   Yellow Bell Peppers (¼ diced)&lt;br /&gt;½ cup    Black Beans (canned, drained)&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp.   Ginger (fresh)&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp.   Garlic (fresh minced)&lt;br /&gt;  1 Tbs.  Sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp.   White Wine&lt;br /&gt;1/8 cup  Sweet Chili Sauce&lt;br /&gt;2½ Tbs. Chili Oil&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.  Mix all ingredients together, except ginger, garlic, garlic oil, sugar, white wine, sweet Chili sauce and chili oil.&lt;br /&gt;1.  Heat oil in saucepan add ginger and garlic. Sauté' until golden brown&lt;br /&gt;2.  Add sugar and caramelize.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Deglaze the pan with white wine and reduce heat.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Add sweet chili sauce and chili oil.&lt;br /&gt;5.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.</content>
